"Be-You Empowerment Brunch: Recreating A Better You For a Better Future"

I was excited to attend The Young Belle Project's ~ Be-You Empowerment Brunch this past Sunday January 25th, and what an amazing event this was!  The event was held at Paschal's Restaurant in Atlanta, GA and everything from the food to the music was wonderful and each of the amazing guest speakers had an inspiring story to tell.  I left this event feeling empowered and uplifted!

Founded in 2013, the mission of The Young Belle Project, Inc. is to "Build an Extraordinary, Liberated, and Luminous Essence in Young Women" in Atlanta, Georgia through the pursuit of the following principles.

  •   Leadership:  To build character and foster phenomenal leaders for the community.
  •   Academic Excellence:  To motivate and aide in the commitment for outstanding academic  achievement and continued education.
  •  Optimism:  To expand the perspectives of young girls, to give them hope and awareness of life's possibilities and opportunities, by enhancing their interests through professional instructional classes.
  •  Sisterhood:  To frame young girls in a devoted, enthusiastic, and structured environment, where they can find positive guidance and professional support.

The objective of the Be-You Empowerment Brunch was to expose young girls to the struggles and achievements of successful women.  The purpose of this brunch was to bridge the gap between young girls and positive women role models who are in business and working towards their own success stories.  Girls had the opportunity to listen to and speak with an invited panelist of successful entrepreneurs and business women, who offered their words of encouragement, enlightenment, and empowerment.
